Online Application and Registration Guidelines

To join the Institute as a self sponsored student, follow the steps below:

   Research on the Programme

   Decide the programme that you want to undertake and ensure you meet the programme qualifications stated in "Our Programmes" menu above.

   Start Application

   Click on "Apply" at the top of this web page or at the bottom of this section.

   Complete Application

   Fill in the required information in each step of the application.

   Pay Application Fee

   Pay the indicated application fee depending on the programme (find payment details below).

   Submit Application

   Finish the application process and submit your application.

   Receive Confirmation

   Once your application is submitted successfully, you will receive an email from us indicating your application ID.

   Track Application

   To keep track of your application status, login with the Application ID and Password used during creation of your account.

To join the Institute as a Government (KUCCPS) sponsored student, follow the steps below:

   Receive Invitation

   First ensure you have received an invitation to Dedan Kimathi University of Technology from KUCCPS.

   Login

   Click on login at the top of this page or at the bottom of this section.

   Enter Details

   Enter the required login details.

   Update your information

   The first time you login, you are required to update your information. After updating your information you'll be able to download your Admission Letter.
